The level of stress that are now my reality has thoughts of fried chicken running through my head. GEEEZ! I have been eating relatively healthy over the past couple of weeks. Because I have actually been cooking/preparing food. When I am in school I have the tendency to not eat right. I am actively trying to stop that habit. Today, was not a good effort in that challenge. The day is now half over and I have not eaten, taken any supplements or had any thing related to water. My stomach was growling a couple of hours ago but has since stopped. I know it thinks it is not going to get any food so it has resulting to fat storage. Not the best move.
